Danny Frazer

Danny Frazer brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in behavioral healthcare and outdoor experiential programs. He began his career with Outward Bound, worked for the first clinically-informed wilderness treatment program, Aspen Achievement Academy, and then co-founded Open Sky Wilderness Therapy in 2006. Danny has served in various roles, from field guide to executive leadership, and was the chairperson for the Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare Council from 2016-2018. He is the founder and principal consultant with Gain the Ridge Consulting which is dedicated to helping leaders grow, build thriving cultures and achieve organizational success. He personally values the transformative and healing power of the outdoors, enjoying regular skiing, hiking, camping, and an annual summer backpacking trip with his family.
